摘　　要：描述了光热辐射测量技术的特点、原理和测量装置，并扼要介绍了材料热扩散率、材料表面伤痕和内部缺陷的无损检测．The characteristics, principles and measuring equipment of photothermal radiometry are described. A brief introduction to the measurement of thermal diffusivity of solid materials, nondestructive evaluation of surface scars and inner defects of matter is given.
