摘 要:在7根预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁试验研究的基础上,研制了一套预应力碳纤维布的张拉设备,并对预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁的施工工艺和技术进行了研究。试验结果表明,设计的预应力碳纤维布张拉设备及施工工艺是有效的,能显著提高被加固钢梁的屈服荷载和抗弯刚度,且屈服荷载的提高幅度与预应力水平相对应,可为实际工程应用提供参考。In order to research the performing characteristics of seven steel beams strengthened with prestressed Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), a set of tension equipment of prestressed CFRP was developed. And the construction methods and technologies of the steel beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP were introduced. The test results show that the tension equipment and the construction methods are effective. The yield load and the rigidity of the steel beams are improved, and the amplitude of the yield load' s increase is corresponding to prestress level. It can provide a reference for engineering application.
