摘  要:通过拉拔试验,对活性粉末混凝土与碳纤维筋的粘结性能进行了试验研究,考察了水胶比、钢纤维掺量及硅灰掺量等材料参数对粘结性能的影响。试验结果表明:粘结滑移曲线的形状主要与碳纤维筋的表面形状有关,与活性粉末混凝土的配比无关;碳纤维筋与活性粉末混凝土的粘结强度随着水胶比的降低而提高,但是提高的幅度并不明显;钢纤维的掺入可以有效地提高粘结强度,是影响粘结强度的一个重要因素;掺入硅灰有利于改善粘结性能,但其掺量有一个最佳范围,在本次试验中,硅灰的最佳掺量为0.25~0.35。An experimental investigation was conducted to examine the bond strength characteristics between carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) bars and reactive powder concrete (RPC). It was found that the shape of the bond stress - slip curve mainly depends on the surface conditions of the CFRP bar, and has no relation to the matrix; the bond strength between CFRP bar and RPC will increase slightly with the decrease of the water - binder ratio; the adding of steel fiber can increase the bond strength significantly and the content of steel fiber is an important factor affecting bond peribrmance; silica fume can improve the bond strength between CFRP bar and RPC, but the bond strength isn' t in proportion to the content of silica fume. In this experiment, the optimal content of silica fume is 0.25 to 0.35.
