摘 要:通过试验研究了水胶比、粉煤灰替代水泥率和超量系数对人工砂混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、劈裂抗拉强度和轴心抗拉强度的影响规律,提出了宜采用粉煤灰超量取代水泥配制人工砂粉煤灰混凝土,确定了粉煤灰替代水泥率和超量系数的合理取值范围;分析了人工砂粉煤灰混凝土的轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、抗拉强度与立方体抗压强度之间的关系,提出了设计计算方法,探讨了人工砂粉煤灰混凝土的强度随龄期变化规律。Tests were carried out to study the effects of the ratio of water to binder, the ratio and the over- weight coefficient of PFA displacing cement on the cubic compressed strength,the prismatic copressed strength,the elastic modulus,the splitting tensile strength and the axial tensile strength of manufactured sand concrete.It was suggested that the method of PFA over - weight displacing cement should be adopted for mixing manufactured sand PFAconcrete.The rational value ranges of the ratio and the over weight coefficient of pfa displacing cement are proposed.After analyzing the relationships between the prismatic compressed strength,the tensile strength,the elastic modulus and the cubic compressed strength this paper made proposals for design calculation and discussed.the variation of strength flolowing maintain time of manufactured sand PFA concrete.
