摘  要:研究了桃蚜传播西瓜花叶病毒-2新疆株(WMV-2-X J)的规律,结果表明,无毒蚜虫能够获毒的最短取食时间为30 s,获毒率随取食时间的延长而提高,取食时间为70 s以上时,获毒率达100%;带毒蚜虫传毒的最短取食时间为0.25 h,当取食时间超过最短传毒时间时,传毒率随取食时间的增加而升高,取食时间达2h以上时,传毒率达100%;带毒蚜虫能够传毒的最少头数为1头,传毒率随单株植物带毒蚜虫数目的增加而升高,单株虫量达15头以上时,传毒率达100%.说明桃蚜可以高效率地传播西瓜花叶病毒-2新疆株.The research of regularity for transmission of watermelon mosaic virus-2-XJ by Myzus persicae was carried out. 30s was long enough for Myzus persicae to acquire WMV-2-XJ from infected plants, acquisition rate increased with longer acquisition time, as the acquisition time was more than 70s, acquisition rate attained to 100%. The transmission time threshold for the aphid was 0. 25h and the transmission rate increased with the time over the time threshold, as the feeding time on Cucurbita pepo of viruliferous aphid was over 2h, the transmission rate was up to 100%. The virus could be transmitted even by one Myzus persicae, and the transmission rate increased with the number of vectors per plant, as the number of aphid per plant was more than 15, transmission rate was up to 100%. These results indicate that Myzus persicae can transmit watermelon mosaic virus-2-XJ with high efficiency.
