摘  要:研究了六钛酸钾晶须、针状硅灰石对PP/IIR(聚丙烯/丁基橡胶)复合体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸处理针状硅灰石效果最好,硬脂酸的最佳用量为2.0%(质量分数,下同)左右。对PP/IIR(质量比70/30)体系,体系冲击强度出现先升后降的情况,而且在针状硅灰石加入量为7.5%时达到最大值17.5 kJ/m2。随针状硅灰石的加入,体系的拉伸强度先稍升后下降,但是下降的趋势并不明显。硅烷处理的六钛酸钾晶须用量对共混体系冲击强度有较大影响,增韧作用较大,当晶须用量在10%时,冲击强度达最大值21.4 kJ/m2;拉伸强度先增加后降低,晶须用量5%时达到最大值。Effect of PP/IIR composite added with potassium titanate whisker and wollastonite was studied. The results exhibited that the optimal technical reagent of wollastonite was stearic acid and its optimal content was 2% (mass fraction). The impact strength of PP/IIR increased and afterwards decreased and came to summit at 7.5% wollastonite. With the increasing of wollastonite, the tensile strength of the blends increased and then decreased, but the tendency deduction was not obvious. The optimal technical reagent of potassium titanate Whisker was silane and its content was 1.5%. The impact strength of the blends was affected more obviously by potassium titanate whisker and the supreme amount was 21.4 kJ/m^2 at 10% whisker. The tensile strength of the blends increased and decreased afterwards and come to summit at 7.5% whisker.
