摘　　要：目的:探讨希望与失望学说应用于脊髓损伤患者心理护理的临床效果。方法:依据希望与失望学说,对48例脊髓损伤患者进行心理护理和健康宣教。结果:心理护理帮助患者走出了失望的阴影,激起了他们对生活的信心及希望,减少了并发症的发生。结论:希望与失望学说应用于脊髓损伤患者进行心理护理能有效地促进患者的心身康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological care for spinal cord injured patients with hope and disappointment theory. Method Psychological care and health education of 48 spinal cord injured patients were given by hope and disappointment theory. Results These psychological nursing care methods helped the patients out the mood of disappointment, arose the confidents and hope of life, and decreased the rate of complications. Conclusion Psychological care for spinal cord injured patients by hope and disappointment theory is an effective method to accelerate their psychological and physical healing.
