摘  要:我们测量了两种贴片电阻的低温电阻特性,其室温阻值分别为5100Ohm和1100Ohm.在3.8K至30K温区,它们有较高的温度灵敏度,在30K至100K,其灵敏度逐渐减小.它们是价格低廉的商售器件.我们推荐把它们用于低温下测量温度的温度计.Abstract We have measured the low temperature resistance properties of two kinds of chip resistors which have room temperature resistance values of 5100 ohm and 1100 ohm. In the temperature range of 3. 8 to 30K, their resistances were very sensitive to the temperature; in the temperature range of 30 to 100K, the sensitivity became lower. Both kinds of chip resistors are small in size and are commercial devices with a low price. The results suggest that these chip resistors might be used as an low temperature thermometer.
