吻合静脉的掌背动脉皮瓣在伴皮肤静脉缺损的拇指（Ⅲ°～Ⅴ°）断指再植中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观查掌背动脉皮瓣在治疗伴皮肤、静脉缺损的拇指（Ⅲ°～Ⅴ°）断指再植中的临床疗效；方法：2001年2月至2005年12月，在11例拇指断指再植中，应用吻合静脉的掌背动脉皮瓣局部转位或“风筝”式移位修复皮肤缺损，重建指背静脉回流；结果：皮瓣与断指均存活，外观及功能良好，按上肢部分功能评定试用标准，优8例，良3例；结论：掌背动脉皮瓣在伴皮肤和静脉缺损的拇指（Ⅲ°～Ⅴ°）断指再植中有较大应用价值。Objective： STo report the treatment outcome of applying arterial metacarpeae dorsale＇ s flap in replantation of completely severed thumb （Ⅲ°～Ⅴ°） with soft tissue defect. Methods： From 2001 to 2005, a total of 11 severed thumbs （Ⅲ°～Ⅴ°） were replanted. Depending upon to the extend of soft tissue defect, the arterial metacarpeae dorsale＇ s flap were used as replantinon. Result： All flaps and replanted thumbs survived completely, with good function and appreance. Conclusion：Arterial metacarpeae dorsale＇ s flap is well indicated in thumb replantation with skin and venous defect.
