摘 要:本文针对土料/坝料等填方工程在密实化处理时常见的含水量控制难题,提出一种新的解决方案:向土料中添加改良剂,以提高其填筑性能。笔者选择长链有机化合物(LAS)对黄土进行改良,通过击实实验成功验证了改良的可行性。经过改良,处理土样时对含水量的要求有大幅降低,可在较大的含水量区间进行夯击处理,且改良后土样的击实干密度在较大的含水量区间均大于未改良土样的最大干密度。在低密度时,改良样的渗透系数略大于未经改良重塑土样的渗透系数,随着干密度的增加,两者基本相同,证明此改良方案是适合坝料的。改良之后的土样随着渗透时间历程的增大,渗透性表现为不断减小的趋势。通过工艺条件的对比控制,分析确定最优的施用工艺。It is difficult to control the content of water in soils when they are compacted, rolled or strengthened. A new method of mixing the soil is introduced with some adding materials in order to change the surface characteristic of the soil particles and thus to increase its compactibility. The chemical compound LAS is selected as the addition to deal with the loess. The improvement is successfully verified by Standard Proctor compaction testing. After modification, the water content in soils is greatly decreased while compacted. A higher percentage of soil compaction can be obtained during a wider water content range. It is also found that the permeability of the improved soil samples is larger than that of the unimproved samples in low density, but it has the similar value in high density. The improved samples permeability decreases as time goes on. The modifying method is optimized by analysis and control of the processing condition.
