摘 要:本文在直流式水洞中用先进的量测仪器设备对减免空蚀的最低掺气浓度进行了系统的试验研究。通过对不同掺气浓度、不同配合比混凝土试件的空化空蚀试验,提出减免空蚀最低掺气浓度与高速水流速度的关系,给出不同掺气浓度时空化区的流态,比较了空蚀区掺气与不掺气情形的时均压力,并系统地观察了空化空蚀噪声随掺气量的变化。Least air concentration to prevent cavitation erosion is experimentally investigated by using noncirculating water tunnel. Three mixing proportions of concrete specimens are used for cavitation erosion with and without aeration. Relation between least air concentration to prevent cavitation erosion and flow velocity is developed. Flow regimes in cavitation region with different air concentrations are observed in detail. Time-averaged pressures with and without aeration in cavitation erosion region are compared, the variations of cavitation noises with different air concentration is also systematically observed.
