摘  要:借助心脏模型和临床研究,探讨了心肌断层显像180°采集方式的可行性,并与360°资料采集进行了比较。评价参数主要有心肌容积和面积、缺损容积和面积。结果表明;单用心脏模型时,360°方式与模型真实值较为接近,而外附体模后,180°采集更符合真实值,但相互间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。34例冠心病患者心肌病变定量参数360°/°与180°间或180°/6°与180°矿间均非常接近;而且180°/6°采集时其缺损(病变)/正常心肌比率(0.235±0.043)较360°/6°采集(0.249±0.057)明显降低(P<0.05),表明前者能更好地分辨病变区。上述结果提示:心肌断层显像时,180°采集不但能与360°采集一样提供较好的图像,而且能减少图像采集时间,故更具有临床应用价值。Heart phantom and clinical study of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT with 180°(LAO to RAO)data acquisition was camed out and compared with the full 360°rotation.Data analyses included myocardial volume and area,defect Volume and area.In simple heart phantom study,360°acquisition was more aseroximate to phantom determined true value (P>0.05).However,when a hesrt phantom was wraped in a chest phantom, 180°data acquisition was more accordant with thee value (P>0.05).In 34 cases with coronary heart disease, all of the quantitative parameters mentioned above were very accordant between 360,/6°and 180°/6,180°/6°and 180°/3°The defect-to-normal wall-count ratio(D/N) was lower in the 180°scan (0.235±0.043)than in the 360°scan(0.249 ±0.057) (P<0.05),indicating the lesion site can be better detected by the former method.All of the results suggested that for myocardial SPECT the 180°acquisition method can save acquisition time and is more practical in the clinical appliance than 360°acquisition.
