摘 要:采用RAPD标记技术,对7种驼蹄瓣属(Zygophyllum L.)植物及其近缘种霸王(Sarcozygium xanthoxylon Bunge)种群的遗传多样性进行了研究比较。RAPD研究结果如下:16个随机引物共检测到不同分子量的125个RAPD标记,其中99条表现出多态性,占总数的79.20%;7种驼蹄瓣的PPB%多态位点比例介于43.2%—68.0%之间,Nei's(h)基因多样度指数介于0.1693—0.2541之间,Shannon's(I)信息多样性指数介于0.2488—0.3798之间,表现出较高的遗传多样性水平。霸王的PPB为70.4%,h为0.2570,I为0.4011,均高于驼蹄瓣属各个种,表现出更为丰富的遗传多样性。Genetic diversity of 7 species of Zygophyllum L. and Sareozygium xanthoxylon Bunge were analyzed by RAPD markers. RAPD results of study were as follows: 16 guide-thing at random measures got 125 RAPD marks of different molecular weight. 99 (79.2%) of which were polymorphic. The proportions of PPB diversity location about the seven kinds of Zygophyllum L. were between 43. 2 percent and 68 percent. The indexes of Nei's gene varied degrees were between 0. 1693 and 0. 2541. The indexes of Shannon's information diversity were between 0. 2488 and 0. 3798,which showed high - genetic diversity levels. ThePPB ,h and I of Sareozygium xanthoxylon Bunge were 70.4%, 0. 2570 and 0. 4011 respectively, which were all above the kinds of Zygophyllum L. . That showed more rich genetic diversity.
