腹针加牵引综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用腹针加牵引、体针综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用腹针加牵引、体针综合治疗,对照组采用腰椎牵引加体针治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.88%,而对照组为89.29%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论腹针加牵引、体针综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的确显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus traction and body acupuncture for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Sixty patients with lumber intcrvertebrai disc protrusion were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated by abdominal acupuncture plus traction and body acupuncture and the control group, by lumbar traction plus body acupuncture. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 89.29% in the control group. The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus traction and body acupuncture as a composite treatment has an exact and marked effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
