摘 要:以直立穗型水稻辽粳5号、辽粳454和弯曲穗型品种辽盐16号为试验材料,通过源库处理,对两种水稻品种的结实性与源库的关系进行了比较分析。研究表明:品种间结实率差异显著,辽粳5号低于辽盐16号,辽粳454结实率最高;不同部位籽粒结实率不同,上部结实率高于中下部,一次枝梗的结实率比较稳定,中下部二次枝梗的结实率较低;减源处理后,辽粳5号结实率下降最明显,辽盐16号居中,辽粳454次之;减库处理后,辽粳5号、辽盐16号结实率最高,而辽粳454略有下降;剪去剑叶,辽盐16号、辽粳5号结实率下降明显;相反,剪去一半倒二叶和倒三叶,则有利于其结实率的提高。The erect panicle rice varieties Liaojing 5, Liaojing 454 and curved panicle variety Liaoyan16 were studied. The seed-setting rate and its relationship with source and sink by reducing source or sink were examined. The results showed that significant differences of seed-setting rate existed among the varieties, the seed-setting rate of different cultivars was in the order of Liaojing 5 〈 Liaoyan 16 〈 Liaojing 454 ; the seed-setting rate of different parts on the panicle axis was in the order of the upper part 〉 the lower part, and the the seed-setting rate of primary branch was high and relative steady on the panicle axis, and the seed-setting rate of secondary branch was lower. The seed-setting rate of Liaojing 5 and Liaoyan 16 fell significantly after being cut flag leaf, whereas seed-setting rate rose by clipping half of the top 2nd leaf or top 3rd leaf.
