摘　　要：需求侧管理(DSM)是电网移峰填谷的有效手段之一。根据北宁市柳家乡变电所目前的供电、用电特点和电价结构,提出了一套DSM计划并进行了成本—效益分析,实例分析表明将需求侧管理(DSM)应用于农村电网移峰填谷可以取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。Demand-side management （ DSM） is an effectual means in peak load leveling. Based on the actual characteristics of the power supply, consumption and the structure of power rate of Liujia Substation in Beining, this paper present a DSM program and the cost - beneficial analysis. The example analysis results indicated that the application of DSM has higher economical and social benefit in rural electric network.
