摘  要:通过黄瓜、西瓜及西葫芦3种作物子房发育过程中的内源激素变化规律的比较,进一步探明瓜类单性结实、授粉结实及外源激素诱导结实与内源激素消长的关系,试验结果表明,黄瓜、西瓜(2X、3X)、西葫芦授粉、外源激素处理及黄瓜未处理子房ZT在开花前2d至花后5d均呈持续升高趋势,GA在开花前含量较高,开花前1d下降至较低水平,开花后则渐升。但西瓜和西葫芦未处理子房(自然凋萎前)开花前至开花当天ZT不断升高,花后2d开始下降,至花后5d时ZT降至最低;GA于花前1 ̄2d速降,开花当天略升,开花后又速降至低点。黄瓜、西瓜及西葫芦正常发育子房的ZT/ABA在1.0 ̄1.5之间,GA/ABA则在0.04 ̄0.07间波动。Changes of ZT and GA in the early developing ovaries were studied by using cucumber (Cucumis sativum L.),watermelon (2x,3x)(Citrullus lanatus Mansfeld) and pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L.) as sample in this experiment. The results indicated that the quick increase of ZT, GA contents in gourd ovaries was essential for the normal development of ovaries from 2 days before bloom to 5 days after bloom. An autonomic parthenocarpy crop (cucumber) can also produce a lot of ZT,GA in the ovary under no pollination, but this did not ocurr in non-autonomic parthenocarpy crops (watermelon and pumpkin). Then their ovaries wilted. ZT and GA contents in gourd ovaries increased sharply after pollination, and their ovaries expanded quickly. When their ovaries were treateded by exogenous hormones, changes of ZT,GA in the ovaries were similar to that in the pollinated ovaries, and their contents were higher than that in the pollinated ovaries. In normal fruiting ovaries, the ratio of ZT/ABA was about 1 - 1.5.
