上安电厂高加损坏的对策及收益

摘　　要：分析发电厂高加投入率低的原因,结合上安电厂350MW机组6号高压加热器损坏现象,提出6号高加汽侧退出运行时,应采取措施保证7号、8号高加的运行,并均衡其热负荷,以免个别高加过度超负荷。定义加热器回热率的概念,结合等效焓降法,计算高加切除对机组热经济性的影响。Analyze the reasons that high-pressure heates phase - in rate is always low, combining with damage appearance of #6 high -pressure heater（HP） of 350MW unit in Shang＇an power plant, advance that measures should be taken to make No. 7 ,No. 8 HPs runningand balance thermal load of other HPs so as certain HP＇ s load not to be too high. Define the concept of heater regeneration rate, combine with equivalent enthalpy reduction method, calculated the influenee on heat economy of HPs being off - the line.
