基于Pro/E的国产注射模标准模架库的研制

摘　　要：注射模标准模架虽然结构简单,但零件数目众多、设计工作量大,因此提高设计效率成为需迫切解决的难题。本文介绍了利用Pre/E2001软件中自动化零件设计程序Program模块研制国产注塑模标准模架库的方法。结果表明,利用该方法研制的程序软件具有可移植性强、程序占用存储空间小、使用简便的特点。Standard mould base of injection moulds has some characteristics, e.g. its construction is simple, parts number is large, and design workload is large. So it is necessary to improve design efficiency. This paper introduced methods of developed domestic standard mould base library of injection moulds by using of automatic part design program module ‘program’ in Pro/E2001. The results showed that the program software, which is developed by above methods, has advantages of strong transplantation, small storage space, and easy use.
