循环流化床锅炉的发展现状及运行中若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)是近年发展起来的一种新型炉型。本文阐述了CFBB技术上的优势及国内外CFBB的发展现状。根据CFBB的工作原理及其在运行中的经验,分析了目前国内CFBB存在的主要问题,并对锅炉的出力不足、磨损问题、分离器与回料器、床面结焦等问题提出了看法,对CFBB设计和运行中尚待进一步研究的问题进行了综述,所得分析结果对CFBB的设计和运行具有较大的指导作用。The Circulating Fluidized Bed BoiIer（CFBB） is a new type hotter mat is graaually developed in recent, years. This paper expounds some advantages of CFBB technology and developing status both at home and abroad. According to the operating theory and run-time experience of CFBB, the authors analyze the main problems occurred to domestic CFBB at present, and also make some suggestions on the boiler＇s inefficiency, abrasion, seaprator and looper, heating surface agglomeration problems, etc, and put forward some issues of CFBB that need further development. The analytical results are propitious to direction process for CFBB design and function.
