摘 要:针对白银公司露天矿废石资源现状,从溶浸采矿角度出发,描述了废石的矿石类型和岩性,进行了废石块度分级,并利用物相分析和化学成分分析方法,分析了废石矿相和化学成分组成。在硫酸浓度分别为5 g/L和10 g/L的条件下,分别对3种粒径的废石进行了单循环和双循环浸出试验,试验结果表明该废石具有良好的渗透性,浸出液中Cu2+浓度均远大于1 g/L,超过了工业萃取电积所需的浓度,说明该废石具有良好的可浸性,试验研究还探明了硫酸浓度、废石粒径和循环次数对废石浸出率和浸出速率的影响规律,为选取工业参数提供参考。In the light of the waste rock resource conditions in Baiyin Co.'s open-pit mine and from the point view of the solution mining, the ore type and lithological characters of the waste rock were described. The waste rock was classified into size fractions and its mineralogical phase and chemical composion were analyzed. Single recycle and double recycle leaching tests were made on three size fractions of rock at H2SO4 concentration of 5 g/L and 10 g/L respectively. The test results show that this waste rock has good permeability. The Cu^2+ concentration in the pregnant solution was all far greater than 1 g/L and exceeded that required by industrial extraction by electro-deposition, illustrating that the rock has good Leachability. In the research, the effect of H2SO4 concentration, particle size and recycle number on the leaching rate and leaching speed were also investigated, providing the reference for industrial parameter selection.
