摘　　要：如何使医院内价格昂贵、体积笨重的心电监护仪成为普通民众的家用品已成为近年来的一大热点。此文以一款掌上型无线心电监护仪的实际开发为背景,提出了一个可行的解决方案及其整体架构图。并在此基础上着重介绍了如何利用TungstenT5掌上电脑实现该系统的三大核心功能:QRS复波检测;心电图实时显示、回放;患者信息管理。文章最后针对TungstenT5的工作时间及其他复杂QRS复波检测提出了自己看法和展望。How to make expensive and huge Electrocardiograms detector in hospital to be popular has been a hot point. With the background of wireless palm ECG detector development, this paper put forward a feasible solution and whole architecture. Based on it, this paper primarily introduces three key functions which were realized on the side of Tungsten T5： QRS wave detect, the real time display and replay, management of patient information. Finally the further directory about power saving, complicated detect algorithm is presented.
