摘　　要：目的调查了解某院神经外科医院感染情况。方法回顾性调查分析。结果某院神经外科2年内出院病人2088人次，发生医院感染156人次，感染率7．5％；院内感染部位以下呼吸道居高，占构成比的56．7％；病原菌以G-杆菌为主，占80.3％，其次为G^＋球菌，占15．1％。结论某院神经外科医院感染发生率较高，与病人病情危重、气管切开、昏迷等诸多因素密切相关，应予高度重视，切实做好预防和控制工作。Objective To investigate status of infection in neurosurgery department of our hospital. Methods The dismissed patients from April 2003 to March 2005 of the department of neurosurgery underwent retrospective investigation and analysis for the sites, reasons of infection, and bacterial culturing. Results Among 2088 inpatients dismissed from the department of neurosurgery in 2 years, 156 patients had nosocomial infection and the Incidence was 7.5%. The constituent ratio of Nosocomial infection was 38.5%. Lower respiratory tract was predominant among the infectious sites, and the constituent ratio was 56.7%. Gram-negative bacilli strains were predominant and the ratio was 80.3%, followed by Gram-positive cocci strains which ratio was 15.1%. Condusions The incidence of nosocomial infection in the department of neurosurgery was significantly higher than that of other department. It is closely related to tracheotomy and stupefaction. We must intensify prevention and control.
