摘　　要：目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法慢性乙型肝炎83例，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗前及治疗后观察病人主要症状及肝功能（TB，DB，ALT，AST，GGT），并与对照组进行比较。结果治疗组TB，DB，ALT，AST，GGT治疗后与对照组比较明显下降，症状也有明显改善。结论还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎，有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Glutathione in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 83 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomized into therapeutic group and control group. Main symptoms and liver function （TB, DB, ALT, AST, GGT） of therapeutic group were documented before and after treatment, and compared with that of control group. Results Level of TB, DB, ALT, AST, GGT in therapeutic group was significantly decreased compared with control, while symptoms also improve significantly. Conclusion Glutathione has satisfying efficacy in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
