摘　　要：没有保险利益被保险人就不能得到赔偿，这是海上保险法律中的一条重要原则。因此，船东在什么情况下可以具有保险利益，可以具有什么样的保险利益，对于保险人和被保险人都是十分重要的。本文在对与此有关的判例进行分析的基础上，对几种情况下有关保险利益的问题进行了简要的讨论。An important rule of the marine insurance law is that the insured will not be compensated if he/she has no insurance benefits. Therefore, it is important for the insurer and the insured to know in what situation the ship owner can have insurance benefits and what kind of insurance benefits. Based on an analysis of relevant cases, this article elaborates on the issue of insurance benefits in several situations.
