摘　　要：大学生党建工作是高校育人工作的重要组成部分。做好高校学生党建工作,是全面加强高校学生思想政治工作的有效途径,具有十分重要的意义。本文从高校学生党建工作中的党员标准把握、发展程序和培养步骤等方面进行阐述,对新时期高校党建工作进行积极的探索和思考。The college students＇ party construction is an important part of education in higher institutes, and it is an effective track to strengthen the ideological and political work and the party member＇s construction. This essay is to put forth the college studerts＇ party construction in the new era based on the party member＇s standard procedures and so on.
