摘　　要：政治参与对于一个国家或地区经济政治发展具有重要的作用。美国是较早建立政治参与机制的国家,但少数种族政治参与程度一直不是很高。文章从社会学的角度,比较了美国的少数种族与白人在教育和就业方面的差别,并分析了影响这一问题的因素。The political involvement means a lot to a nation or region＇s economic and political development. America is one of the earliest state who build up the system, though the minority ethics less portion. From sociological view,the paper analyzes the factors that affect.
