摘 要:在含陶瓷添加剂润滑油润滑下,研究了添加剂分别对渗氮和镀铬两种缸套的作用效果,采用显微硬度计、纳米压痕仪、原子力显微镜和扫描电镜对缸套进行了测试分析。结果表明,该陶瓷添加剂大大改善了两种缸套表面粗糙度,使渗氮处理的缸套表面硬度有明显提高,使镀铬处理的缸套表面硬度有些许降低。光学显微照片和扫描电镜照片结果表明,添加剂作用后,镀铬缸套表面形成了一层极薄的分布不很均匀的透明物质,从而大大改善了摩擦表面的性能;添加剂对两种缸套的作用机制并不相同。The effect of a cermet additive in lubricating oil on nitriding and chromeplating cylinder liners was investigated. The instruments like micro-hardness tester, nano-hardness tester, atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed to analyze the frictional surfaces. It was found that the additive can decrease the surface roughness of the two liners, significantly enhance the hardness of the nitriding liner, but that of chromeplating liner becomes a little lower than the original. According to the optical microscope and SEM observations of the chromeplating cylinder liner,there is a transparent layer, extremely thin and uneven in distribution, on the frictional surface, which can improve its wear-resistance. The effect mechanism of the cermet additive on the nitriding and chromeplating cylinder liners may be different in some deeree from each other.
