摘  要:采用高频感应熔涂新工艺制备了N iCrBSi合金涂层,并与2种工艺(激光熔覆、氧乙炔喷焊)制得的涂层的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,高频感应熔涂N iCrBSi合金涂层的表层硬度、耐磨性均优于激光熔覆涂层和氧乙炔喷焊涂层,而且高频感应熔涂涂层表面平整,后续加工量较少。Properties of NiCrBSi alloy coatings prepared by high frequency induction cladding(HFIC), laser cladding (LC) and oxygen-acetylene spraying-fusing (OASF), respectively were investigated. It was shown that the surface hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance of the coating prepared by high frequency induction cladding are better than those of the laser cladding coating and the oxygen-acetylene spraying-fusing coating. Moreover, the NiCrBSi alloy coating by high frequency induction cladding has a smoother surface,which needs less further-processing.
