摘　　要：素质教育是全面发展和个性发展和谐统一的现代教育。而体育教育在培养与发展学生个性品质中有着独特作用。依托体育教育有利于培养学生持久的动机和兴趣;有利于培养学生的自信心、进取心和强烈的求知欲;使学生具有充沛而稳定的情绪,正确地进行自我评价;培养学生吃苦耐劳,勇敢果断和“应激”的能力;培养学生敏锐的感受性和创造性思维;培养学生协调人际关系。Quality- oriented education is a modem education, which combines all - round development and individual development harmoniously. Physical education plays a special role in musing and developing individuality of students. With physical education, it is good to develop students＇ persistent motive, interest, confidence, enterprise and steady moods, and evaluate themselves exactly. It can develop the ability of company and cooperation with others, also the sensitive perception to environment, and creativity of students.
