艾迪注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌  

Clinical Observation of Taxotere plus Cisplatin Chemotherapy in Combination with Aidi Injection in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Advanced Lung Cancer

摘　　要：目的:比较艾迪注射液联合TP化疗方案与单纯TP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法:A组应用多西他赛(35mg／m2第1,8天)加顺铂(25mg/m2第1-3天)化疗同时加用艾迪注射液50ml(第1-10天),21d为1个周期,3个周期评价;B组单用多西他赛(35mg/m2第1,8天)加顺铂(25mg／m2第1-3天)化疗。结果:A组有效率53．3％(16／30),B组46．7％(14／30),P＞0．05。两组不良反应差异无显著性。生活质量评分改善A组明显高于B组,P＜0．05。结论:初步研究结果提示,TP方案联用艾迪注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能进一步改善患者生活质量。Objective： To compare the therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and the quality of life in taxotere plus cisplatin chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection with those of chemotherapy alone in patients with non-small cell advanced lung cancer. Method： In Group A, in the same time of TP chemotherapy （taxotere 35mg/m^2 d1,8 plus cisplatin 25mg/m^2 dl-）, 50 ml of Aidi injection was given intravenously for 1-10 days, 21 days in each course, 3 courses administrated for one patient. There was only TP chemotherapy （taxotere 35mg/m2 dl, 8 plus cisplafin 25mg/m2 dl-3 ）in Group B. Result： The effective rates in Group A and Group B were 53.3% （16/30） and 46.7% （14/30） respectively, P 〉 0.05. There were no significant differences about the adverse reactions in the two groups. The quality of life improved more in Group A than in Group B, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The primary research shows that TP chemotherapy supplemented with Aidi injection can improve the quality of life in patients with non-small cell advanced lung cancer more than chemotherapy alone.
