473名医学新生人格特征分析  

Analysis of MMPI data of medical freshmen' s personality

摘　　要：目的探讨医学新生人格特征及其心理社会影响因素,为医学院校的学生工作提供参考。方法采取整群抽样法,用明尼苏达多相人格测查表(MMPI)对437名医学新生进行调查,并与非医学新生和MMPI全国大学学历常模进行比较分析。结果医学男生抑郁D、性别指数Mf值显著低于女生(P<0.05或0.01),轻躁狂Ma值显著高于女生(P<0.05)。医学男生校正分数K值显著高于非医学男生(P<0.05),疑病Hs、癔症Hy、性别指数Mf、精神衰弱Pt、精神分裂Sc值显著低于非医学男生(P<0.05或0.01),医学女生精神状况Pd、轻躁狂Ma、社会内向Si值显著高于非医学女生(P<0.05)。医学新生与全国大学学历常模相比,男女生说谎分数L、精神状况Pd、轻躁狂Ma显著高于常模(P<0.01),男女生诈病分数F、疑病Hs、抑郁D、偏执Pa、社会内向Si值显著低于常模(P<0.05或0.01)。结论医学新生人格特征有别于非医学生和常模,某些人格特征充满矛盾性,有必要有针对性地开展新生心理辅导。Objective To investigate the personality and psychosocial factors of the medical freshmen, so as to improve the work for students. Methods By the stratified sampling method, 473 medical freshmen were investigated and evaluated with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI） and compared with other non-medical freshmen as well as the national norm, Results D and Mf of boys were significantly lower than those of girls while Ma was significantly higher, P〈 0.05 or 0.01. Compared with the non-medical freshmen, medical boys had higher scores in K but lower scores in Hs, Hy, Mf, Pt, Sc,P〈0.05 or 0.01, and girls had higher in Pd, Ma, Si, P〈0.05, Compared with the national norm, medical freshman obtained significantly higher scores in L, Pd, Ma, P 〈 0.01, and significantly lower in F, Hs, D, Pa, Si, P〈0.05 or 0.01. Conclusions It is necessary to give special psychcsocial tutorship in medical freshmen.
