摘 要:介绍了输气管道仿真教学系统的构成和功能。在开发过程中,使用VC++来编制计算程序,根据已建立的各种数学模型对天然气长输管道系统的动态过程参数进行计算;同时使用工业组态软件来制作图形界面和建立数据库,将数据库中的变量与图形界面中的各图元相连接,通过实时更新数据库来驱动画面。这种仿真系统是操作者掌握天然气长输管道动态运行时全线压力过程的变化和对全线的监控的一个有效工具。This article introduced the structure and function of the simulation system for long-distance natural gas pipeline. During designing the system, VC + + was used to design a calculating program, which calculated the dynamic parameters of the long-distance natural gas pipeline system according to the mathematical models that had been built, At the same time, a kind of industry configuration software was used to make graphical interfaces, built a database, and then connected the variables of the graphical interfaces. Through updating the database in real time, the simulation engine could drive the graphical interfaces. The simulation system is an effective tool to help operator to master the change of the surge process during the dynamic running of long-distance natural gas pipeline and to monitor the whole pipeline.
