摘　　要：渗漏问题在混凝土结构工程中非常多见，由于渗漏，混凝土的强度被降低，建筑物的服役寿命被缩短。通过一个工程实例，简要说明了某大型设备渗漏发生的原因、渗漏发生的位置，基于不同位置的渗漏水具体情况，采取切实可行的堵漏措施，并重点介绍了一些关键位置的关键堵漏施工处理技术。Seepage problem in concrete can be found easily in structural engineering. Concrete strength is reduced and service life of building is shorted due to seepage. This paper briefly describes reasons why leaking occurs in big equipment foundation pit with a case, presents the water seepage positions where easy to occur. Based on the reasons of water seepage in each position, adopting some workable preventing measures. The treatment technique and construction for critical locations are emphatically expatiated.
