麻疯树花药愈伤组织诱导的初步研究

摘　　要：Preliminary studies were done on the factors affecting the callus inducement from the anther of Jartopa curcas L.,including the development stage of microspores,cold pretreatment,hormone and sucrose concentration.The results showed: compared with other stage,microspores at uninucleate stage were more suitable for culture;the cold pretreatment at 4℃ for 3～5 days is essential to high ratio of inducement;the culture medium that MS+ NAA 2.0mg/L +KT 0.4mg/L +sucrose 9% is comparativelymore suitable for callus inducement.Preliminary studies were done on the factors affecting the callus inducement from the anther of Jartopa curcas L., including the development stage of microspores, cold pretreatment, hormone and sucrose concentration.
