摘　　要：针对大银鱼移植工作中普遍存在的技术粗放、移植成功率低、高产难以持续和稳定、种群数量陡涨陡落的问题,对大银鱼移植增殖的主要技术环节进行了试验研究。结果表明,通过控制受精卵的质量,选择适宜的投卵方式,保持比较高的受精卵投放密度,并在形成较大种群时进行施肥,增加饵料生物量等方法,可提高移植增殖效果,获得持续稳定的高产。Main techniques of transplantation and multiplication of large icefish, ProtosaIartx hyalocranius, were carried out to improve transplantation egiciency and population quantity. It was found that high transplantation egiciency and stable production can be achieved by improving egg fertilization, and egg stocking pattern, by high density of fertilized eggs, and by fertilization and feeding.
