摘 要:铁路危险货物运输办理站的配置,涉及到路网分布、设置地点、城市规划、环保要求、业务功能以及与其他运输方式的分工、衔接等,是个复杂的系统工程,但很久以来靠经验判断,缺乏理论性指导。基于此,本文首先针对危险货物办理站及相关状况,分析车站内部和外部因素,并建立危险货物办理站配置的评价指标体系,然后采用专家咨询和层次分析法确定指标权重取值,计算得到评判矩阵,从而建立用于铁路危险货物运输办理站配置的模糊综合评判方法,最后以北京铁路局大红门站为例进行实例分析。案例表明,该危险货物办理站优化配置模糊综合评价方法,在危险货物运力资源布局、调整、决策中具有科学性、客观性和适用性。The distribution of railway dangerous goods stations is a complicated engineering system, dealing with the distribution of railway networks, station locations, urban planning, environmental protection, station business functions and division and connection With other modes of transportation. But there is no scientific method to guide it for a long time. To solve this problem, the paper investigates the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, by analyzing the internal and external factors affecting the distribution of dangerous goods handling stations. A qualitative and quantitative index system is established to ascertain the unified evaluating objective and criteria concerning the optimized distribution of dangerous goods handling stations. Consulting experts and applying the level-analysis method, the paper determines the weighting values of the criteria and makes the judge matrix. Finally the paper studies the case of the Dahongmen station under the Beijing Railway Administration. Case study shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is scientifically based and demonstrates good, objectivity and applicability in making decisions about the distribution and adjustment of dangerous goods transport resources.
