摘 要:目的观察大鼠纹状体是否存在听觉诱发的感觉门控,并观察6-OHDA损毁大鼠黑质对纹状体感觉门控的影响.方法建立6-OHDA致单侧黑质致密带(SNc)DA神经元损毁性PD大鼠模型,于纹状体内埋置记录电极,记录清醒、自由活动状态下正常雌鼠和PD雌鼠纹状体感觉门控(SG)的变化.结果(1)正常雌性SD成年大鼠(C组n=22)纹状体SG的T/C正常值为(60.19±8.83)%;(2)PD组(n=19)SG的T/C值为(42.34±5.81)%,与纹状体SG正常值(C组)相比,其T/C值降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论大鼠纹状体存在听觉感觉门控,损毁大鼠单侧黑质可致同侧纹状体SG的T/C值显著下降.Objective To observe whether sensory gating (SG) exists in striatum and the influence of 6 - hydroxydopamine on sensory gating of striatum in rats. Methods The unilateral substantia nigra compacta (SNc) of rats was damaged by 6 - OHDA and the sensory gating ofthe control and PD rats were recorded with a recording electrode in striatum. Results ( 1 ) The T/C ratio of striatum in normal female rats ( C group, n = 22) was (60. 19 ±8. 83)%. (2) The T/C ratio in Parkinson's disease model group (group PD, n =19) was (42. 34 ±5.81 )%, which decreased compared with C group. There was statistically significant difference be- tween PD group and the C group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Sensory gating exists in Striatum and the unilateral subtantia nigra reduces the T/C ratio of ipsilaeral striatum in female rats.
