摘　　要：警察临战指挥必须讲求效率；超优化决策理论是构建警察临战指挥效率的理论基础；提高警察临战指挥效率的措施包括降低成本耗费和实现临战指挥社会效益的最大化。The command in the police facing battles must be efficient. The super -decision theory is the theoretical basis of the constructing the efficiency in police facing battles. The measures to improve the efficiency of the command in the police facing battles include reducing the cost and maximization of the social efficiency in the police facing battles.
