摘　　要：为了进一步加深对留守儿童问题的认识,对2006年以前国内关于留守儿童的文献进行了全面深入的研究。研究发现,尽管对留守儿童问题的多学科研究目前已经取得了一定的成果,研究的方法也在逐渐规范化。但留守儿童问题的研究缺乏系统性、整体性,研究中的结论存在一些矛盾,需要进一步研究的问题还很多。要明确留守儿童的概念及其内涵和外延,准确把握全国留守儿童总体状况,制定留守儿童问题研究的指标体系,以便准确地掌握情况、了解问题,为制定对策提供必要的依据。This discussion is intended to review the comprehensive research by drawing upon related literature published before 2006, so as to deepen the understanding of the left - behind children issue. The research has discovered that despite the fact that multi- disciplinary research, which is gradually standardized, has already yielded some findings at present, a more systematic and holistic approach seems to be needed, and inconsistency can be identified in some research work.
