摘　　要：根据我国能源政策和未来能源利用发展规划,分析了清洁燃料汽车的发展状况及特点和优势,包括甲醇、燃料电池、混合动力、太阳能汽车等,提出我国应大力发展LNG汽车,并设计了一个LNG汽车产业链的发展模式,分析了产业链中各环节的相互依赖关系,其中政府规划是产业发展的至关重要环节,也是整条产业链中最薄弱的环节,因此政府可根据城市特点和地域优势,在有条件的地区组织有实力的企业优先发展LNG汽车,以点带面地快速、健康地促进和完善我国LNG汽车产业链的发展。It is narrated the energy policy and future energy development plan in China. Based on the characteristics of developing the clean fuel automobile and its merits, including the methanol, the fuel cell, the mix power, the solar energy automobile and so on, it is proposed LNG-vehicles should be developed in China vigorously. It is also assumed the LNG-vehicles industry chain development pattern and analyzed the interdependence of each chain link, among which the government planning was the very important link, but on the other hand was the weakest link. Therefore, the government should organize some powerful enterprises to develop LNG-vehicles in some cities and regions with superiorities, in this way to promote the LNG-vehicles industry chain developing in China rapidly and healthily.
