摘　　要：进入21世纪,建筑工程质量的概念被大大拓宽,在可持续发展条件下,生态质量管理将成为建筑工程质量管理的新模式。在探讨生态质量观和生态质量管理的内涵和特征的基础上,提出了建筑工程实施生态质量管理应遵循的“5R 1C”原则,以及将此原则贯穿于产品生命周期的建筑工程生态质量管理方法,以期获得经济、社会和环境的综合效益。The conception of construction engineering quality has been greatly extended in the 21st century. Under the sustainable development, ecological quality management will become the new quality management mode in construction engineering. The ecological qualitative point of view and the connotation of ecological quality management are discussed. Then the principle of ＂SR＋comprehensive benefits＂ is put forward. Finally methods for ecological quality management in construction engineering are provided, where the principle runs through the whole life cycle of products. And the comprehensive benefit of economy, society and environment is expected.
