摘　　要：西部城市基础设施投资不足和渠道单一已成为影响西部开发建设的重要因素,西部地区如何根据自身条件,建立市场化的投融资体系是解决该问题的根本途径。研究了城市基础设施项目的可经营性与社会化不同主体的关系,提出了西部地区市场化投融资的运行体系,对其保障体系、所需基础工作等关键问题提出了建议。Investment shortage and single channel for fund source in the urban infrastructure of western China has become the important factors in western development. So the essential solution is to build up a socialized financing system for western regions of China based on their conditions. The competitiveness of urban infrastructure projects and the relations between different financial market bodies are studied. Then a socialized financing system is brought forward. And some suggestions about its security system and the foundermental jobs are provided.
