湖北省“全面建设小康社会时期”群众体育达成目标与评估指标体系的研究

摘　　要：着眼于党的十六大以后我国经济和社会现实,以构建社会主义和谐社会为契机,以湖北省群众体育为切入点,促进湖北省全面建设小康社会时期群众体育目标的实现。良好的地理人文环境和“中部崛起”的区域发展战略,对发展湖北省全面建设小康社会时期的群众体育十分有利。在研究的基础上确立群众体育达成目标的一般依据和约束条件,提出未来15年湖北省“全面小康社会时期”群众体育的达成目标和标志性子目标。在目标分解和调查研究基础上,进行目标期群众体育评估的理论模型和指标体系的框架设计,提出湖北省群众体育评估指标体系和实施建议。With a view to national economy and social realization after 16th National Congress of CPC and taking the construction of harmonious society as the opportunity,this paper points out that we should promote the realization of goals of mass sports during the well-off society in an all round way in Hubei province. Good geographic and humanistic environment and regional developing strategy of rising at central part of China puts the mass sports development in Hubei province at highly advantage position. Based on research,the general basis and restrain condition of mass sport objective is established and evaluation index system and implementing suggestions are put forwarded.
