摘  要:为探讨模拟低氧训练对运动员免疫机能变化的影响,对12名女子赛艇运动员高住高练低训(HiHiLo)和低住高练训练(LoHi)过程中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞及NKT细胞的变化进行观察。结果表明:模拟低氧训练过程中,CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞的变化不产生显著性差异。训练至第4、5周,NKT细胞与训练前比较明显下降,且HiHiLo组比LoHi组变化更为显著。提示模拟低氧训练过程中不同训练时期对免疫指标产生的影响不同,主要表现为低氧训练后期部分免疫指标出现显著性差异。同时,不同的模拟低氧训练方式对人体免疫功能产生的影响也有差异,HiHiLo组比LoHi组免疫抑制现象更为明显。NKT细胞对低氧训练表现出较为明显的反应,可考虑作为首选指标监测机体的免疫状况。In order to explore the effects of simulated hypoxic training on immune function of female rowers. 12 rowers participated in HiHiLo and LoHi as the subjects ,the changes of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, NK cell and NKT cell are observed. The results show that: Simulated hypoxic training has no significant effects on the ratio of CD4^+ and CD8^+ and NK cell during the training process. Till the fourth and the fifth weeks,the NKT cell has obviously descended comparing to before ,and the changes of HiHiLo group were more significant than the LoHi group. Those cue that in the simulated hypoxic training, different training periods have different effects on immunity indexes,which mainly represents that immunity indexes have significant difference at last period of simulated hypoxic training. At the same time ,different modes of simulated hypoxic training bring different effects on body's immune function ,because the phenomena of immunity restrain in HiHiLo group are more significant than those in LoHi group. NKT cells are notably change to hypoxic training and can be used as the best immune index to supervise immune condition.
