摘  要:目的:研究N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体亚型NR1、NR2A和NR2B在慢性运动性疲劳大鼠海马组织中的表达变化及螺旋藻复方各有效成分部位配方的调节作用。方法:45只健康雄性SD大鼠按完全随机法分为:正常组、模型组与配方组,运用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测。结果:模型组大鼠海马组织NR1 mRNA和NR2B mRNA表达水平显著低于正常组和配方组(P<0.01),而NR2A mRNA表达水平3组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。配方组大鼠海马组织NR1 mRNA和NR2B mRNA表达水平与正常组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:NMDA受体亚型NR1和NR2B参与了慢性运动性中枢疲劳的发生,而NMDA受体亚型NR2A可能与慢性运动性中枢疲劳的发生无关。螺旋藻复方各有效成分部位配方可通过提高疲劳机体NR1和NR2B mRNA表达水平,从而延缓运动性中枢疲劳的发生。This paper studies the expression of N-methyl-D asaprtate-receptor subunits NR1, NR2A and NR2B in hippocampus tissue of rats with exercise fatigue and effect of spirulina's complex prescription available composition combination on those genes expression. 45 healthy male SD rats are randomly divided into normal group ,model group and group with prescription. The result shows that the level of NRlmRNA and NR2BmRNA expression in model group is significantly lower than that of normal group and group with prescription. There is no significant difference for NR2AmRNA level among three groups. There is no significant difference for NRlmRNA and NR2BmRNA expression level between normal group and group with prescription. It concludes that NR1 and NR2B gene have relation with chronic central nerve fatigue caused by exercise, while NR2A gene has no relation with it. Spirulina's complex prescription available composition combination can improve the level of NR1 and NR2BmRNA expression ,postpones the occurrence of central nerve fatigue caused by exercise.
