摘　　要：在国产化单环管工艺装置上开发聚丙烯纤维料Z30S过程中,针对纤维料Z30S在下游加工过程中出现的问题,从主催化剂的选型、生产工艺条件的优化及生产装置等方面进行改进。从而使得纤维料Z30S产品的灰分降低,等规度提高;同时产品熔体流动速率的稳定性也得到了提高,获得了高品质的纤维料Z30S。Aiming at the problems that appeared in the downstream processing of fiber Z30S during developing in single loop polypropylene unit made in China, this paper introduced the improvements of type selecting of catalyst and optimizing production conditions. The results showed that high quality fiber Z30S was obtained including low ash content, high isotacticity and good stability of melt flow rate.
