摘　　要：概述了溶聚丁苯橡胶连续聚合工艺的凝胶抑制技术,指出连续聚合工艺的重点是确定合适的抑凝体系;N,N,N’,N’-四甲基乙烯基二胺／1,2-丁二烯以及四氢呋喃／1,2-丁二烯是最常用的抑凝体系。综述了单釜连续聚合和多釜串联连续聚合工艺,对世界各大橡胶公司的连续聚合反应釜的结构进行了介绍。This paper summarized gel inhibiting technology in continuous polymerization process of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber （SSBR）, indicated that the main key is selecting proper gel inhibiting system and pointed out that the most common use gel inhibitors are TMEDA/1,2-Bd and THF/1,2-Bd. This paper also reviewed single reactor and multi-reactor processes and introduced structure of reactors in worldwide outstanding rubber corporations.
