输注机采血小板在血液病患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的血液病患者在诊治过程中,多数伴有全血细胞减少,特别是血小板的减少尤为明显,输注机采血小板替代手工分离的血小板疗效明显,输注方便。方法本文116例患者,输注机采血小板584例次。结果584例次有489例次血小板回升明显,占83.7%,临床出血症状改善有549例次,占94.1%。结论血液病患者血小板减少时,输注机采血小板可明显提升外周血中的血小板数量,并能迅速达到止血的目的,防止大出血并发症。Objective Cytopenia, especially thrombocytopenia, is observed in most patients with haematological diseases. Transfusion of apheresis platelets is more effective and convenient than transfusion of manually collected platelets. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with haematological diseases were transfused with apheresis platelets for 584 times. Results The platelet number reincreased obviously 489 times, which accounted for 83.7 %;and other clinical symptoms improved for 549 times, which accounted for 94.1%. Conclusion Transfusion of apheresis platelets can increase the number of platelets in peripheral blood obviously and achieve hemostasis quickly.
