摘　　要：以一个典型机械制造企业的生产为背景,讨论了一种以企业资源优化模型为核心,能够实现企业内部资源优化配置的决策支持系统。该系统为企业不同层次的管理提供了科学决策支持,为企业优化生产计划,提高运营效率奠定了基础。With the production of a typical mechanical manufacturing enterprises as backdrop, this paper discusses a kind of decision support system which with the optimization model of enterprises resources as heart and can optimize the allocation of internal resources of enterprises. This system puts forward scientific decision support for management on different levels of enterprises, prepared the ground for enterprises optimizing product plan and promoting operate efficiency.
